This is an exercise in creating developable geometry.
A series of boolean operations using developable surfaces is imparted on two cones inverted, tangent cones.
The final computer generated model is shown here.
The geometry is then unfolded, and matching sides are labeled with tabs.
The pieces are CNC cut with a knife and then glued.
