Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the Cleo SMS service, operated by Anran Li, an individual, at (848) 600-6009. By opting in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not opt in — or reply STOP at any time.
The program
Cleo is a personal assistant that answers Anran Li's phone. Subscribers can text it and get a reply — questions about the work, scheduling, or passing a message to Anran. Subscribers who work with Anran also receive the short operational notices they have asked for: reminders, run schedules, and confirmations. Cleo does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How you join
There are two ways, and both require you to act:
- At anran.li/sms, by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box. The box is never pre-selected.
- By texting START to (848) 600-6009 from the mobile number you want to enrol. Cleo replies to confirm you're signed up.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any other service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, up to about 10 messages per month. Conversational replies are sent only in response to a message you send.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Cleo is free to use. Your mobile carrier may still charge you for sending and receiving text messages under your plan; those charges are yours. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
Cancelling
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is best effort and depends on your carrier and your device.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, and you must be the account holder for the mobile number you enrol or have the account holder's permission to enrol it. Do not opt in a number that is not yours. If you change or give up the number, reply STOP first or tell us at hello@anran.li.
Acceptable use
Cleo is an automated assistant. Do not send it unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading messages, and do not rely on it for emergencies — it is not monitored continuously and cannot summon help. Call 911 or your local emergency number instead. Access may be ended at any time for misuse.
No warranty
Cleo is provided as is. It is an automated assistant and it can be wrong, late, or unavailable. Nothing it says is professional advice, and it does not create any obligation on Anran Li's part.
Privacy
How your number and messages are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Material changes will be sent to subscribers by text before they take effect.
