Printing from Your Computer

(1) go to:

Select your version of Windows and install the GL driver installer.
Select your version of Mac and install the Raster driver installer.
Select Linux and install the only driver available (wow that was easy).

The installation will guide you through the process and ask for your IP address.
Use the IP address from the printer, which is

Deleting the Print Queue

The following batch file works for Windows computers.
Double click it to run, and it should remove and restart the print queue.
No administrator approval required (I think).

If that doesn't work, you can use the following commands on command prompt.
To open command prompt, press Windows + R, then type in 'cmd' in the box.
The following are commands to stop, remove, and restart the print spooler.

net stop spooler
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.shd
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.spl
net start spooler
